研究了阻燃剂种类及复配遮光剂用量对聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(PC/ABS)合金遮光性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:复配遮光剂FP-1、FP-2、FP-3均能提高PC/ABS合金的遮光性,其中FP-3遮光效果最好。阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)和溴代三嗪(TBPC)能够使PC/ABS合金的遮光性略有提升,而磷酸酯系阻燃剂(SP-230)则使其遮光性稍微降低;阻燃剂对PC/ABS合金的拉伸强度影响不大,但对冲击强度影响较大。当FP-3及TBPC含量分别为13%和12%时,阻燃PC/ABS合金(厚度1 mm)达到全遮光效果,且具有较好的综合性能,其拉伸强度和冲击强度分别达到55 MPa和25 kJ/m~2、垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级。
The effects of flame retardant types and compounding opacifiers on the light-shielding properties and mechanical properties of polycarbonate / acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer (PC / ABS) were studied. The results show that the shading effects of FP-3 and FP-3 are better than that of FP-1, FP-2 and FP-3, respectively. Flame retardant DBDPE and brominated triazine (TBPC) can improve the shading of PC / ABS alloy slightly, while the phosphoric acid ester flame retardant (SP-230) Slightly lower; flame retardant has little effect on the tensile strength of PC / ABS alloy, but has a greater impact on the impact strength. When FP-3 and TBPC contents were 13% and 12%, respectively, the flame-retardant PC / ABS alloy (thickness 1 mm) reached the full shading effect and had good comprehensive properties with a tensile strength and impact strength of 55 MPa and 25 kJ / m ~ 2, vertical combustion grade reached V-0 level.
