园艺疗法作为一门新兴的学科,随着社会问题的日益增多和人们对于健康的关注度而被广大熟知。园艺疗法在国外发展较为成熟、系统,而在国内还处于起步阶段,发展空间较大。园艺疗法种类较多,其中药草疗法与我国中医药文化有着许多共通之处。在分析园艺疗法发展和国内现状基础上,结合独特中药文化,探讨药草疗法在我国的运用。 As a new discipline, horticultural therapy is widely known with the increasing social problems and people’s concern for health. Horticultural therapy in foreign countries more mature, systematic, but in China is still in its infancy, a larger space for development. There are many kinds of horticultural therapies, among which herbal remedies have much in common with Chinese traditional medicine culture. Based on the analysis of the development of horticultural therapy and the current situation in China, this paper explores the application of herb therapy in our country based on the unique Chinese medicine culture.
