目的探讨环境干预在儿童口腔治疗中的应用效果。方法将100例儿童龋齿治疗患者随机分为干预组与对照组。对照组接受常规的龋齿治疗,干预组在此基础上给予背景音乐及观看动画片,缓解紧张情绪及分散注意力。结果干预组患儿的治疗完成率、所需时间及心率变化与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<均0.05)。结论环境干预可改善儿童口腔治疗患者的心理障碍,对其完成口腔治疗具有积极的促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of environmental intervention in children’s oral treatment. Methods 100 cases of children with dental caries treatment were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group received routine dental caries treatment. On the basis of this, the intervention group gave background music and animated cartoons to ease tension and distract attention. Results The treatment completion rate, time required and heart rate in intervention group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Environmental intervention can improve the mental disorders of children with oral treatment, which has a positive effect on the completion of oral treatment.
