选取5个油菜品种,连续2年在合肥巢湖市进行了不同收获时间及不同收获方式(联合收获、分段收获)的菜籽含油量及蛋白质含量的测定。结果表明:在适收期前后4~5天内所有试验品种菜籽的含油量及蛋白质含量稳定性均大于95%;方差分析可知收获方式对多数品种的菜籽含油量和蛋白质含量影响不显著,但中双11对收获方式和收获时间则较为敏感;同时也出现分段收获比联合收获的菜籽含油量低,含蛋白质量高的普遍现象。因此大部分油菜品种在适收期内不管采用联合收获还是分段收获,菜籽含油量及蛋白质含量保持稳定。
Five rapeseed cultivars were selected and the oil content and protein content of rapeseed were determined in Chaohu city of Hefei for two consecutive years with different harvest time and different harvesting methods (combined harvesting and segmental harvesting). The results showed that the oil content and protein content stability of rapeseed in all tested varieties were more than 95% within 4 ~ 5 days after harvesting period. The variance analysis indicated that the harvesting methods had no significant effect on the rapeseed content and protein content of most varieties, However, Shuangshuang 11 is more sensitive to the harvesting and harvesting times, but also to the phenomenon of sub-harvesting rapeseed with low oil content and high protein content. Therefore, most of the rapeseed cultivars maintained stable oil content and protein content during the harvesting period, whether combined or sub-harvest.
