有关氯氮平的不良反应,国内屡有报道,但首剂小量氯氮平致严重休克者甚为罕见。近年来我院在使用氯氮平过程中共发生休克12例,现作报道分析。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组12例,其中男性4例,女性8例,年龄21～65岁,平均35.6±5.8岁,其中超过50岁者4例。1.2 精神病诊断及服药情况 按CCMD-Ⅱ-R诊断标准,诊断精神分裂症7例,躁狂症5例,均为单独首剂给予氯氮平治疗,服药剂量为25mg者8例,50mg者4例。1.3 毒副反应出现的时间 3例在晚上就寝时发现,9例
