通过熔融混炼制备石头纸,研究了不同的无机填料和Mc A阻燃剂复配对石头纸阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在未添加阻燃剂时,石头纸的阻燃性能为:滑石粉石头纸>硅灰石石头纸>碳酸钙石头纸。当添加32%硅灰石和40%Mc A时,石头纸的氧指数为29.8%,UL-94垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级(0.8 mm)。碳酸钙石头纸最大拉伸强度达到9.9 MPa,比硅灰石石头纸和滑石粉石头纸的最大拉伸强度分别高出30.3%和26.9%。石头纸中的纤维状或片状网络结构是石头纸具有较强拉伸强度的根本原因。
Stone paper was prepared by melt-kneading, and the effects of different inorganic filler and Mc A flame retardant compound on the flame-retardant and mechanical properties of stone paper were studied. The results show that the flame retardant properties of stone paper are as follows: talc stone paper> wollastonite paper> calcium carbonate stone paper without adding flame retardant. When 32% wollastonite and 40% McA were added, the oxygen index of stone paper was 29.8% and the UL-94 vertical burning rating was V-0 grade (0.8 mm). The maximum tensile strength of calcium carbonate stone paper reaches 9.9 MPa, which is 30.3% and 26.9% higher than the maximum tensile strength of wollastonite stone paper and talc stone paper, respectively. The fibrous or flaky network structure in stone paper is the root cause of strong tensile strength of stone paper.
