基于工业二氧化钛、五氧化二钒等,采用自蔓延高温合成法,制备了电子元件用新型TiNi基形状记忆合金TiNiY_(0.1)V_(0.1),并进行显微组织观察、物相分析以及力学性能和耐腐蚀性的分析。结果表明:该新型合金由母相(B_2相)和少量Ti_2Ni相组成,具有较佳的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。与TiNi合金相比,该新型合金的屈服平台提高58%,抗拉强度增加44%,断后伸长率增加178%,应力应变循环5次后的残余应变减小50%,腐蚀电位正移323mV,腐蚀电流密度减小31.7mA/cm~2。
