随着农村电网大规模改造,用户对农村配电网的要求不断提高,实现全面农村配电自动化成为当前的趋势。针对这一需要,提出了一种基于GPRS的农村配电自动化可行性设计方案。该设计方案利用GPRS和Internet网络组网通信,使前置机对远程终端(FTU)实时监控,实现集成馈线自动化同远程抄表于一体的配电管理平台。运行过程表明,该方案设计合理、通用性强,对农村配电系统自动化有较好的推广应用价值。
With the large-scale transformation of rural power grids, users of rural distribution network requirements continue to increase, to achieve a comprehensive rural distribution automation has become the current trend. In response to this need, this paper presents a GPRS-based rural distribution automation feasibility design. The design uses GPRS and Internet network communication network, so that the front end of the remote terminal (FTU) real-time monitoring, integrated feeder automation with remote meter reading in one of the power distribution management platform. The running process shows that the scheme is reasonable in design and versatile, and has a good popularization and application value to the rural distribution system automation.
