卵巢解剖在褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stl)的迁飞研究和预测预报中起着重要的作用,但由于卵巢解剖是一项精细化的技术,在实际的病虫测报工作中,解剖技巧和分级标准难以被基层植保工作者掌握。为了使卵巢解剖技术在病虫测报中发挥其应有的作用,本研究在前人工作的基础上,根据我国病虫测报工作中卵巢分级的实践性及基层站点的可操作性,通过对不同羽化时长的褐飞虱长翅型雌虫进行卵巢解剖,详细描述了褐飞虱卵巢发育的形态变化过程,进一步完善了褐飞虱的分级标准,解决了之前的分级难点,且操作简便易行,分级特征明确,可广泛适用于我国各基层植保部门的常规监测和预报工作。
