潜油电机采油系统控制方式多采用变压变频开环控制。但随着传统开采方式向精细化生产转型,需要进行升级改造以满足新的技术要求。建立了潜油电机基于恒转子磁场控制的系统数学模型,并采用无模型自适应控制方法,构建闭环控制系统,实现潜油电机恒压频比调速系统的高性能控制。使在不更换现有设备的前提下,减小电机定转子电阻因温度变化对系统性能的影响。实验结果证明了无模型控制方法的可行性并具有优良的控制效果。“,”Electric submersible motor system based on the open-loop V/F control method is widely used. With the transformation of traditional mining methods to the refinement of production, the existing production systems need to be upgraded for the new manufacturing requirement. Motor model of rotor field-oriented is proposed and combined with the model free adaptive control method. With this method, the submersible motor speed control system achieves high performance and reduces the impact of stator resistance varying with temperature. The experiment results show that the closed-loop system can be controlled steadily and speed-regulating performances can be greatly improved.
