通过实测分析11305综放工作面支架工作阻力的变化特征,掌握顶板来压规律,并评价此工作面液压支架的适应性。研究结果表明:综放工作面基本顶周期来压步距最小5 m,最大24.6 m,平均12.7 m;平均来压动载系数为1.42,来压较为明显;支架工作阻力主要分布在2 000~8 000 k N;支架初撑力水平较低,普遍低于21 MPa,且后柱的初撑力低于前柱的初撑力。
Through the analysis of 11305 coal caving face mechanics working resistance variation characteristics, to master the law of the roof to pressure, and evaluate the adaptability of hydraulic face support. The results show that: the basic top period of the fully mechanized top coal caving face is the minimum pressure step of 5 m and the maximum of 24.6 m with an average of 12.7 m; the average compressive load coefficient is 1.42, 8 000 kN; the initial support force of the support was low, generally lower than 21 MPa, and the initial support force of the rear pillar was lower than the initial support force of the front support.
