作者自建中英两国英语本科学生英文学术论文语料库,对比、研究中英两国学生在学术语篇中使用英语过渡标记语的情况。通过语料检索和数据统计分析,发现中英两国学生对个别过渡标记语的使用存在显著性差异(p≤0.05),说明中国学习者过渡标记语的学习和使用存在较大的语用失误。文章进而探索了造成这种语用失误现象的原因。
The author builds an English academic corpus of English baccalaureate in both China and English to compare and study the use of English translatability markers in academic discourse by Chinese and English students. Through corpus retrieval and statistical analysis of data, it was found that there was a significant difference in the use of individual transitional markers between Chinese and English students (p≤0.05), indicating that there is a large pragmatic failure in learning and using Chinese transitional markers. The article then explores the reasons for this pragmatic failure.
