易感冒:人的指尖及指两侧是经络的一个通道,在经络学上称为十井穴,是手六经的气血循行运转的起止点。运用捻转法,有节奏地摩擦指尖、指肚、指甲两侧,能调节六经气血平衡,促进经络畅通,增强机体活力。方法是两手分别用拇指肚揉搓其余4指,从小指经无名指、中指、食指来回运捻,两手交替进行,起初9~21次,慢慢增加。口疮:闲暇无事时,先把手指伸开,然后把拇指屈回,指尖压在无名指根上,再依次食指
