测定以热水、80%乙醇等溶剂提取的野艾蒿叶中黄酮类化合物对活性氧自由基的清除能力及以石油醚提取的野艾蒿叶中脂肪酸组成成分。结果表明:80%乙醇对野艾蒿黄酮的提取效果较好,对活性氧自由基的清除能力也较强;在艾蒿叶的脂肪酸成分中(分离到16个峰,鉴定了11种脂肪酸),饱和脂肪酸4种,占13.2%,单不饱和脂肪酸2种,占46.98%,多不饱和脂肪酸5种,占27.04%,是一种富含不饱和脂肪酸的功能性油脂。该分析结果可为综合开发利用野艾蒿资源提供理论依据。
The scavenging activity of flavonoids from leaves of Artemisia selenoides leaves extracted with hot water, 80% ethanol, etc., to active oxygen free radicals and the fatty acid composition of leaves of Artemisia vulgaris extracted with petroleum ether were determined. The results showed that 80% ethanol had better extraction effect on flavonoids of Artemisia vulgaris, and had stronger scavenging ability for active oxygen free radicals; fatty acids in leaves of Artemisia were isolated (16 peaks were identified and 11 fatty acids were identified). There are 4 types of saturated fatty acids, accounting for 13.2%, 2 types of monounsaturated fatty acids, accounting for 46.98%, and 5 types of polyunsaturated fatty acids, accounting for 27.04%. It is a kind of functional oil rich in unsaturated fatty acids. The analysis results can provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Artemisia ordosica resources.
