在当今工程建设市场竞争越来越激烈的新形势下,施工单位工程造价管理的水平直接决定来工程造价的执行目标能否实现,同时也决定着施工单位经济效益的大小。以往施工工程造价管理习惯和工程施工单位粗放型的管理对现代工程施工管理仍然有一定的影响,从而导致现代工程施工管理中经常会出现工程造价超预算的现象。为了保障工程施工单位的经济效益、确保施工单位更好的发展,对导致工程造价出现超预算现象的原因进行分析,并探寻相应的控制对策就显得尤为重要。
