液压支架的检测检验是很重要的,且检验任务比较繁重。文章就如何提高支架进出试验台的效率展开研究,分别介绍了系统模型设计、支架进出操作及托架装置的受力分析等。通过SolidWorks建立系统的三维模型,并对托架装置进行了受力分析和校核。得出,本系统可以操作目前最大的支架自动进出试验台,并能有效缩短支架进出试验台的时间,消除了人工操作的安全隐患,有着重要的实用意义。
Hydraulic stent test is very important, and the inspection tasks more complicated. This paper studies how to improve the efficiency of the stent in and out of the test bed, and introduces the design of the system model, the operation of the stent and the force analysis of the stent. The 3D model of the system was established by SolidWorks, and the bracket device was subjected to force analysis and verification. It can be concluded that the system can operate the largest automatic access test stand and can effectively shorten the time for entering and leaving the test stand, eliminating the potential safety hazard of manual operation and having important practical significance.
