红翔村是宁夏自治区发改委批准的生态移民安置点。自2009年初,从固原山区移民安置540户2447人,其中汉族275户1217人,回族265户1230人,是典型的回汉杂居村。去年以来,石嘴山市委统战部建立了“同心·红翔”基地,派驻干部进村工作,多措并举帮助移民安置点群众脱贫致富,建设西部新农村。(一)初次进村,驻村干部看到的是一片荒凉景象:遍地飞舞的垃圾埋没了垃圾桶,雨后到处泥泞,沟渠路损毁严重,新市场变成了沙土地,大风伴着沙子打得人睁不开眼睛…… Hongxiang Village is an ecological resettlement site approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Ningxia Autonomous Region.
