用一定剂量的~(60)Co—γ射线照射小鼠造成放射性损伤,用复方沙棘养血膏进行治疗.以复方阿胶浆为阳性对照药。实验结果表明:复方沙棘养血膏能明显提高受辐射小鼠外周血白细胞和红细胞数量;提高骨髓有核细胞数;对脾脏系数也有一定的影响。 The mice were irradiated with a dose of ~(60)Co-γ radiation to cause radiation damage. The compound sea buckthorn nourishing cream was used for the treatment. The compound gelatin was used as a positive control. The experimental results show that: compound seabuckthorn nourishing cream can significantly increase the number of peripheral blood leukocytes and red blood cells in irradiated mice; increase the number of bone marrow nucleated cells; also have a certain impact on spleen coefficient.
