The change of cerebral blood flow in the plain population under the anoxic environment in the plateau is of great significance for the study of cerebral blood flow changes during cerebral hypoxia in cerebrovascular diseases. In this paper, we measured the changes of cerebral blood flow in plain and high altitude area by using 3D ASL (3D arterial spin-labeling) technique to further understand the dynamic changes of cerebral blood flow in high altitude hypobaric hypoxia Variety. The author selected six plain healthy subjects quickly stationed in the plateau and stay for 5 days, and then returned to the plains. Scanning was conducted on both plain and plateau. The test equipment consisted of two 3.0T MR scanners of the same type. A total of 8 MRI scans, all the same scan parameters,
