目的设计结构化报告模块编码用户界面以及介绍其编码功能。方法医疗影像管理系统(PACS)采用1000 M 主干网;采用 SQLServer2000数据库。选用拼音加五笔作为中文输入平台。利用美国放射学院(ACR)及国际疾病分类标准编码(ICD-10)光盘版构建编码数据库,采用自行开发的结构化报告系统。结果用户界面设计参照医学数字影像与通讯标准(DICOM)下应用结构化报告(SR)的规则和定义。实行报告处理、病例管理、统计查询、影像教学、HIS 连接五项功能在同一界面上交互操作。在诊断报告界面右侧设置 ACR 及 ICD-10编码键,点击 ACR 或 ICD-10编码功能键会弹出相应编码窗口。结论结构化报告模块编码用户界面友好,功能强大,且简洁实用。
Objective To design a structured report module coding user interface and introduce its coding capabilities. Methods Medical Image Management System (PACS) with 1000 M backbone; using SQLServer2000 database. Pinyin plus five pen as the Chinese input platform. The coding database was constructed by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the International Classification of Diseases Code (ICD-10) CD-ROM, using a self-developed structured reporting system. Results The user interface design refers to the rules and definitions for the application of Structured Reporting (SR) under the Medical Digital Imaging and Communications Standard (DICOM). Implementation of the report processing, case management, statistical inquiries, video teaching, HIS connection of five functions in the same interface on the interoperability. Set the ACR and ICD-10 code keys on the right side of the diagnosis report interface. Click the ACR or ICD-10 code function keys to pop up the corresponding code window. Conclusion The structured report module coding user interface friendly, powerful, and concise and practical.
