本实验采用酶的组织化学方法对50只大白鼠的兰斑核进行了乙酰胆碱酯酶和单胺氧化酶的组织化学观察。采用电镜对另外的14只大白鼠的兰斑核的超微结构进行了观察。我们观察到在兰斑核内,乙酰胆碱酯酶的反应很强,在低倍镜下,由于其细胞着色深,一眼就可看到兰斑的位置及细胞的分布,兰斑内所有神经元不管其形态如何,其酶组织化学反应都是强阳性。我们同时观察到在兰斑核内,单胺氧化酶亦呈强阳性反应,亦即兰斑处甲(?)的沉着十分明显,用肉眼亦可见到兰斑处系一色深的紫兰色点状物。
In this experiment, histochemistry of acetylcholinesterase and monoamine oxidase was performed on the plaque nucleus of 50 rats using enzyme histochemistry.
