企业综合实力可以简单分解成“硬”、“软”两个方面。“硬实力”可以看作是可量化的经营指标;“软实力”就是企业通过长期积累并能在未来为企业生存发展持续发挥作用的内在动能,其中最为重要、最为核心的内容就是企业文化。工商银行浙江省温州永嘉支行在企业文化建设过程中以“感恩”为核心,着力于“战略、执行、人”三大要素,在加强“软实力”的同时也促进了“硬实力”的提升。
