运输绞车主要适用于矿山井下倾角小于30°的巷道牵引矿车运输物料。为使操作方便、舒适、安全,对运输绞车的操作装置结构进行了改进设计,即将2个操作手柄位置移到卷筒中间部位。对改进后的位于操作手柄与拐臂之间的连接主轴进行强度计算,并采用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元强度分析,得出应力和位移云图。结果表明,连接主轴应力分布比较均匀,且强度满足要求。改进后的运输绞车操作装置不仅省力,而且还给操作者带来了开阔的视野和操作空间,提高了操作安全性。
Transport winch is mainly applied to mine shaft dumping angle of less than 30 ° roadway tow truck transport materials. In order to make the operation convenient, comfortable and safe, the structure of the operating device of the transport winch has been improved. The position of the two operating handles is moved to the middle of the reel. The strength of the connecting spindles between the operating handle and the crank arm is improved and the finite element strength analysis is carried out by ANSYS software to get the stress and displacement cloud images. The results show that the stress distribution of the connecting spindle is relatively uniform and the strength meets the requirements. The improved transport winch operating device not only saves labor, but also gives the operator an open field of vision and operating space, improving operational safety.
