The vocational education and training (VET) system helps people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) back-grounds to integrate and settle into society. However, successful completion of VET is closely related to CALD learners”language skills. This literature review aims at identifying the main methods of language skills improvement for VET learners from CALD backgrounds. Five language support/training methods based on different theoretical models are also introduced in this literature re-view, including the model outlines and target groups.

国际化是教育发展的必然趋势,是推进教育现代化的必由之路.以清华大学美术学院印染工艺基础课程基于国际化探索的教学实践为例,通过聘请日本东京艺术大学上原利丸教授主持型拔染、友禅染工艺教学实践,引入国际一流教学理念和方法,实施课程教学改革.实践证明,这一举措对于学生掌握国际化知识、拓展国际化视野、加强国际化竞争意识、提升国际化创新观念和水平具有积极的促进作用.
传统”讲听模式”的课堂教学没有顾及全体学生的学习能力与学习需求,不能调动学生的积极性,不能培养学生的核心素养.安徽师范大学附属小学生本课堂以仁爱精神与自主学习为理念追求,通过五环节的精细构建,充分调动了学生的学习积极性,特别是”表达分享”环节的设置,有效地提升了学生的学习的品质,是本土化课堂教学改革的原创思考.
