对矿用新型立轴冲击破碎机在极限条件下处于高速冲刷磨损时耐磨衬板的耐磨损问题进行了探讨。试验结果表明，采用等离子喷焊技术获得的涂层是一种特殊的切实可行的超厚耐磨涂层。文中还对冲刷磨粒磨损的试验方法进行了探讨。
The abrasion resistance of the wear-resistant liner in the new vertical shaft impact crusher under the condition of high speed erosion and wear is discussed. The test results show that the coating obtained by plasma spray welding technology is a special and practical ultra-thick wear-resistant coating. The paper also explores the test method of erosion wear abrasive.
