为研究佛手多糖的免疫调节作用 ,用环磷酰胺造成免疫低下小鼠动物模型 ,取小鼠巨噬细胞加脂多糖和不同浓度佛手多糖 ,测定巨噬细胞内外白细胞介素 6 (IL - 6 )的水平。IL - 6的检测采用放射免疫法。结果 :佛手多糖浓度在 4g/L、 2g/L时可提高巨噬细胞外低下的IL - 6水平 ,对巨噬细胞内IL - 6无影响。结论 :佛手多糖可协同脂多糖增加巨噬细胞分泌IL - 6。
In order to study the immunoregulatory effects of bergamot polysaccharides, an animal model of immunocompromised mice was established with cyclophosphamide, macrophages of mice were added with lipopolysaccharide, and different concentrations of bergamot polysaccharides were used to determine interleukin-6 (IL-6) inside and outside macrophages. s level. IL-6 was detected by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS : When bergamot polysaccharide concentration was 4g/L or 2g/L, the IL-6 level of macrophages was increased, and IL-6 of macrophages was not affected. Conclusion : Bergamot polysaccharide can synergize lipopolysaccharide to increase IL-6 secretion from macrophages.
