目的:探讨健身秧歌锻炼对绝经女性雌激素、血脂及免疫指标的影响。方法:28名绝经女性进行6个月的健身秧歌锻炼,测试锻炼前后受试对象血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)等雌激素指标,甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等血脂指标及免疫机能指标(IgA、IgM、IgG)。结果:经6个月健身秧歌锻炼后,E2、P较锻炼前显著提高(P<0.01),T水平显著下降(P<0.01);TG、TC和LDL-C较锻炼前显著降低(P<0.01),HDL-C较锻炼前显著提高(P<0.01);IgA、IgM和IgG较锻炼前均有不同程度提高,有统计学意义(P=0.046~0.006)。结论:6个月健身秧歌锻炼对绝经女性雌激素、血脂及免疫机能有积极影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of fitness Yangko exercise on estrogen, blood lipid and immune index in postmenopausal women. Methods: 28 postmenopausal women exercised for 6 months to test the estrogen, serum estradiol (E2), testosterone (T) and progesterone (P) in the test subjects before and after exercise. The triglyceride (TG) , Total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and other indicators of blood lipid and immune function indicators (IgA, IgM, IgG). Results: After 6 months of fitness yangko exercise, E2 and P increased significantly (P <0.01) and T level decreased significantly (P <0.01); TG, TC and LDL-C decreased significantly 0.01). HDL-C was significantly higher than that before exercise (P <0.01). IgA, IgM and IgG increased to different degrees before exercise, with statistical significance (P = 0.046-0.006). Conclusion: Six months of fitness Yangko exercise have a positive effect on estrogen, blood lipid and immune function in postmenopausal women.
