目的:探讨超声诊断在甲状腺微小癌与甲状腺微小良性结节性病变中的应用效果。方法:抽选2013年1月-2014年2月在我院就诊的甲状腺微小结节异常患者120例为研究对象,本组患者均给予超声高频以及超声弹性成像检查,统计并分析本组患者检查结果的差异。结果:超声弹性成像检查结果的灵敏度、特异度均高于普通常规超声,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:常规超声高频诊断在甲状腺微小癌及甲状腺微小良性结节性病变中的应用价值并不如超声弹性成像。
Objective: To investigate the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma and benign thyroid nodular lesions. Methods: A total of 120 patients with abnormal thyroid nodules in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the study objects. All patients were examined by ultrasonography and ultrasound elastography. Statistics and analysis of the patients Check the difference between the results. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound elastography were significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasound (P <0.05). Conclusion: The diagnostic value of conventional ultrasonography in thyroid microcarcinoma and benign thyroid nodules is not as good as ultrasound elastography.
