随着我国民主政治建设不断推进,电视媒体已成为一种重要的公共力量,在政治传播中发挥着重要的影响力。但是,部分电视媒体存在社会责任缺失现象,引发媒体公信力下滑,影响政府形象。探索电视媒体社会责任的实现路径,首先需要厘清媒体社会责任的对象。在此基础上,笔者以公众、媒体、政府的互动关系为视角,从公共领域、公众监督、行业自律、政府规制四方面探析电视媒体社会责任的实现路径。
With the continuous development of democracy in our country, the television media has become an important public power and has played an important influence in political communication. However, there are some social media outlets lack of social responsibility, causing the credibility of the media decline, affecting the government image. To explore the way to realize social responsibility of TV media, we must first clarify the object of media social responsibility. On this basis, the author explores the ways of realizing the social responsibility of TV media from four aspects: the public sphere, public supervision, industry self-discipline and government regulation from the perspective of the interaction between the public, the media and the government.
