目的:建立同时测定宣肺止咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Hedera ODS-2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;紫外检测波长210nm,0~24 min流速为1.0 mL.min-1,用于检测盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱;27~55 min流速为0.7 mL.min-1,用于检测苦杏仁苷,柱温25℃。结果:盐酸伪麻黄碱、盐酸麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷分别在0.043 2~0.684μg(r=0.999 9),0.048 8~0.976μg(r=0.999 9),0.047 0~0.940 8μg(r=0.999 8)线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)分别为96.15%,96.09%,95.74%,RSD分别为0.78%,1.18%,1.80%。结论:该法可以用于宣肺止咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin hydrochloride in Xuanfei Zhike oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Hedera ODS-2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution. The UV detection wavelength was 210 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 , For the detection of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride; 27 ~ 55 min flow rate of 0.7 mL.min-1, for the detection of amygdalin, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: The contents of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in the range of 0.043 2-0.684 μg (r = 0.999 9), 0.048 8-0.976 μg (r = 0.999 9), 0.047 0-0.940 8 μg (r = 0.999 8) The average recoveries (n = 6) were 96.15%, 96.09% and 95.74%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.78%, 1.18% and 1.80%, respectively. Conclusion: The method can be used for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Xuanfei Zhike Oral Liquid.
