阐述了研制新型高压密闭射孔装置的目的及意义 ;高压密闭装置的组成及作用 ;采用的技术原理 ;主要技术指标和技术关键以及此施工工艺推广应用情况及效益。本装置由高压防喷管、高压防喷盒、高压注脂泵、高压密闭闸门及转换接头等组成。高压密闭电缆射孔装置可广泛应用于各类带压油气井 ,使用 5 1枪、6 0枪、73枪、89枪、10 2枪等枪型进行电缆射孔及带压打捞井下落物作业 ;亦可用于分层压裂时带压下桥塞作业。此装置可有效地防止射孔时井喷事故的发生 ,每年可减少由于井喷事故造成电缆材料损失 (4 0～ 5 0 )万元。可防止环境污染 ,节约压井作业费用 5万元 /井次 ,对安全和环保具有十分重要的意义。
