本文重点论述了承重空心墙板与普通砖墙承载能力对比,指出产品生产的原材料、设备选择、原理、工艺和利用复合外加剂实现粉煤灰、煤矸石的大掺量以及利用承重空心墙板建造低成本、抗震性好,适应小城镇建设的板式快装房屋的结构、接点设计原理及关键技术。
This article focuses on the comparison of bearing capacity between load-bearing hollow wall panels and ordinary brick walls, and points out the raw materials, equipment selection, principles, and processes for product production, and the use of composite admixtures to achieve large amounts of fly ash and coal gangue and the use of load-bearing hollow wall panels. The structure, contact design principles and key technologies of panel-type quick-installed houses that are low-cost, have good seismic resistance, and are suitable for the construction of small towns.
