随着基础教育改革进入深水区,传统的评价模式已不能满足教育信息化发展的要求。2013年6月,教育部发布了《关于推进中小学教育质量综合评价改革的意见》,积极探索中小学教育质量综合评价,致力于用评价杠杆来改变多年来重视学校升学率而忽视内涵发展、重视学生升学率而忽视学生全面发展的狭义教学观,来纠正传统评价观和评价方式带来的经验论和思维定势。安庆市作为国家教育质量综合评价实验区,教师也在积极研究和探索这一关乎教育质量走向的命题。
With the reform of basic education into the deep water area, the traditional evaluation model can not meet the requirements of the development of education informationization. In June 2013, the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Promoting the Reform of Comprehensive Evaluation of Primary and Secondary Education, actively explored the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of primary and secondary education, and devoted itself to changing the emphasis on school enrollment rates over the years by ignoring the development of connotation with evaluation leverage. Emphasis on the student enrollment rate and ignore the comprehensive development of students in the narrow sense of teaching to correct the traditional evaluation and evaluation methods to bring about experience and thinking. Anqing as a comprehensive evaluation of national education quality experimental area, teachers are also actively studying and exploring this proposition about the quality of education.
