电梯提升机是各高层建筑物电梯运行经常使用的设备,由于使用频繁其故障率也是较高的,电梯提升机故障种类很多,但大多数故障由电梯提升机减震阀全开而引起。文中针对电梯提升机减震阀全开的故障进行全面分析,根据经验方法和工程实践,提出该故障问题的解决方案。首先分析了减震阀突然全开故障诊断方法和故障状态及原因,提出对振阀全开故障诊断方案及预防措施,该故障诊断方案能有效解决电梯提升机减震阀全开故障问题。实验结果表明,提出的解决方案,对提升机减震阀全开的检测准确率比传统方法高64.2%,提出的解决方案可防止96%减震阀突然全开故障的出现,且稳定性强,具有很强的实际应用价值。
Elevator hoist is high-rise building elevator running frequently used equipment, due to frequent use of its failure rate is higher, a large number of elevator hoist failure, but most of the failures caused by elevator hoist shock valve fully open. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the full-scale failure of the elevator shock absorber damping valve is carried out. According to the experience and engineering practice, the solution to the fault problem is put forward. Firstly, the sudden and full open fault diagnosis method of the shock absorber valve and its fault state are analyzed. The scheme of the full open fault diagnosis of the vibration valve and its precautionary measures are proposed. The fault diagnosis scheme can effectively solve the problem of the fully open failure of the shock absorber valve. The experimental results show that the proposed solution is 64.2% higher than the traditional method in detecting the fully open damper damping valve. The proposed solution can prevent the sudden full open failure of the 96% shock absorber valve with high stability , Has a strong practical value.
