研究了常温贮藏苹果(0~10℃)的6种处理(①0.05mm聚乙烯薄膜袋+保鲜剂KMnO4;②0.025mm聚乙烯薄膜袋+保鲜剂KMnO4;③0.05mm聚乙烯薄膜袋;④0.025mm聚乙烯薄膜袋;⑤河沙埋藏;⑥对照:普通筐装贮藏)对苹果品质及生理变化的影响。结果表明:0.025mm聚乙烯袋+KMnO4密封贮藏的苹果其硬度、固形物、总糖、总酸、Vc含量等都优于其它处理,且腐烂率低;其1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)含量、乙烯释放量、呼吸强度、乙烯合成酶活性等生理指标的值都最低。0.05mm聚乙烯袋+KM-nO4、0.025mm聚乙烯袋+KMnO4、0.05mm聚乙烯袋、0.025mm聚乙烯袋贮藏的苹果其呼吸高峰、乙烯释放高峰、ACC含量、乙烯合成酶活性高峰出现均比河沙贮藏及对照迟10d左右。
