我院于1976～1989年应用口服甘露醇作结肠息肉电切的肠道准备。用纤维结肠镜共检出229个息肉,其中170个经PSD(高频透热供能仪)圈套器电切或热活钳治疗,未发生肠腔内气体爆炸,报道如下。资料本组132例,男101,女31,最小年龄15岁,最大76岁,口服甘露醇方法:在结肠镜检查,治疗前48小时以内进流食,如:糖水、桔子水、米汤、鸡汤等。将70g甘露醇粉溶于1000 ml温开水中,10分钟以内服完。服后要数次排便,直至排出淡
Our hospital in 1976 to 1989 the application of oral mannitol for colon polyps intestine preparation. A total of 229 polyps were detected by fiberoptic colonoscopy. 170 of them were treated by electrosurgical excision (PSD) or thermosurgical forceps (PSD). No gas explosion occurred in the intestine. The results were reported as follows.
