目的探讨空气污染程度不同地区小学生肺功能差异。方法收集两区2013年大气污染监测数据,并整体随机抽取各一所小学3~5年级学生为研究对象,进行肺功能检查。结果历城区各项空气污染物监测指标均明显高于市中区;权衡年龄、身高、体重因素的影响后,市中区小学生的各项肺功能指标均明显优于历城区;市中区各年级学生肺功能均优于历城区同年级学生,两区3年级学生肺功能差异明显,4年级间肺功能差异性减弱,5年级学生肺功能无差异。结论空气大环境质量是影响小学生肺功能重要因素。
Objective To investigate the differences of pupils’ pulmonary function in different areas with different levels of air pollution. Methods The data of 2013 air pollution monitoring in two districts were collected, and randomly selected from each grade 3 to grade 5 primary school students for pulmonary function tests. Results The monitoring indicators of air pollutants in Licheng District were significantly higher than those in downtown area. After weighing the influence of age, height and body weight, the indexes of lung function of primary school students in downtown area were significantly better than that of Licheng District. The lung function of grade students were better than those of the same grade in Licheng District. The difference of pulmonary function between Grade 3 students of Grade 2 and Grade 2 was obvious. The difference of function of 4 th grade students was weakened. There was no difference in grade 5 students’ lung function. Conclusion The environmental quality of air is an important factor that affects pupils’ pulmonary function.
