用18头麻醉犬检测川芎嗪对股、脑、冠状动脉血流及心脏功能的效应。结果表明川芎嗪静注(1、2、4mg/kg/min,10分钟)能产生依赖于剂量的阳性血管扩张效应,并出现心率加快及心肌收缩加强。滴注1及2mg/kg/min时心率、LVP及dp/dlmax分别出现增加及显著增加;2mg/kg/min时冠脉血流明显增加,冠状动脉及脑血管阻力及总外周阻力均降低。给清醒高血压犬滴注川芎嗪4mg/kg/min或一次静注20mg/kg,也引起心率加快。心得安(1~2mg/kgiv)能对抗川芎嗪的上述作用而利血平则不能完全对抗川芎嗪的作用。
Twenty - eight anesthetized dogs were used to detect the effects of ligustrazine on the femoral, cerebral and coronary blood flow and cardiac function. The results showed that intravenous injection of ligustrazine (1, 2, 4mg / kg / min, 10 minutes) can produce a dose-dependent positive vasodilator effect, and accelerated heart rate and myocardial contractility. At 1 and 2 mg / kg / min, heart rate, LVP and dp / dlmax increased and significantly increased at 2 mg / kg / min, but coronary and cerebral vascular resistance and total peripheral resistance decreased at 2 mg / kg / To awake hypertensive dogs infusion of ligustrazine 4mg / kg / min or intravenous injection of 20mg / kg, also caused heart rate. Propranolol (1 ~ 2mg / kgiv) can antagonize the above effects of ligustrazine and reserpine can not completely fight the role of ligustrazine.
