通过引进5个荷兰豆品种进行棉田套作筛选试验,筛选出赣北植棉区棉花与荷兰豆套作效益最高的品种。结果表明:棉花套作荷兰豆,棉田经济效益显著增加。5个荷兰豆品种中,麻豌豆适合鲜嫩荚食用,其鲜嫩荚产量为9799.95kg/hm2,经济效益达112513.35元/hm2;其余4个均适合作嫩籽粒食用,在鲜荚果产量中,以白花菜豌豆最高,但其经济效益较低,为32124.00元/hm2;604菜豌豆和长青豆次之,分别为22369.95kg/hm2、15400.05kg/hm2,且口感好,较早熟,经济效益分别为82583.7
