目的:考察用合煎、分煎方法制备的半夏厚朴汤汤剂中厚朴酚含量的变化。方法:建立高效液相色谱方法,采用Diamonisl C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(78∶22),流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长为294 nm。分析半夏厚朴汤合煎液和分煎液样品中厚朴酚的含量变化。结果:半夏厚朴汤分煎液中厚朴酚的平均含量等于合煎液中厚朴酚的平均含量。结论:分煎液与合煎液比较,2种煎液中厚朴酚的含量无差异性。
Objective: To investigate the changes of magnolol in Banxia Houpu decoction prepared by combined decoction and decoction method. Methods: A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Diamonisl C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (78:22) at a flow rate of 1 mL.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 294 nm. The changes of content of honokiol in Banxiahuopu Decoction and decoction samples were analyzed. Results: The average content of honokiol in Banxia Houpu Decoction decoction was equal to the average content of honokiol in decoction. Conclusion: There is no difference in the content of honokiol among the two kinds of decoctions compared with decoction.
