随着国家对电气技术类人才的需求急剧增加,职业学校电气技术类课程在课程目标、课程内容、人才培养等方面面临新的问题。通过探究目前中职学校电气技术类人才培养与社会需求的差距,梳理了当前电气技术类人才需求的发展趋势,并在此基础上提出了中职学校电气技术课程改革的具体措施。
With the rapid increase in the demand for electrical and technical personnel in the country, the electrical technology curriculum in vocational schools faces new problems in terms of curriculum objectives, curriculum contents and personnel training. By exploring the current gap between vocational and technical personnel training in secondary vocational schools and the needs of the society, this paper combs the development trend of current needs of electrical and technical personnel, and on this basis, puts forward specific measures for the reform of electrical technology courses in secondary vocational schools.
