以煤矿主井下水泵控制系统为例,在现代计算机网络技术、现场总线及数据库技术基础之上专门针对煤炭行业的特点设计出,基于PLC和组态监控软件的矿井水泵自动化控制系统。在基于监控报警系统的就地控制系统的基础上,利用计算机技术和网络技术,实现了上位机和地下监控系统的联通。
Taking the pump control system in the mine main shaft as an example, a mine pump automation control system based on PLC and configuration monitoring software is designed specifically for the characteristics of coal industry based on modern computer network technology, field bus and database technology. Based on the on-site control system of monitoring and alarming system, using computer technology and network technology, the communication between PC and underground monitoring system is realized.
