目的:探讨绝经后妇女血清基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)和抑制因子(TIMP-1)水平及其与骨保护蛋白和骨桥蛋白的关系。方法:将210名绝经后妇女用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清MMP-3、TIMP-1和骨桥蛋白(OPN)以及骨保护蛋白(OPG)水平,计算MMP-3/TIMP-1比值。结果:①骨质疏松组中MMP-3的数值(153±121)ng/mL高于正常组(125±101)ng/mL,而TIMP-1的数值(134±106)μg/L低于正常组(147±130)μg/L,血清OPN数值(56±20)ng/mL明显高于正常组(26±11)ng/mL。②骨质疏松组中MMP-3与MMP-3/TIMP-1比值和血清OPN和OPG存在明显正相关性(P<0.05),TIMP-1和血清OPG和OPN存在明显负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:绝经后骨质疏松症妇女MMP-3/TIMP-1比值与OPN和OPG具有关联性,MMP-3/TIMP-1比值升高可能为绝经后骨质疏松症伴随骨代谢转换过程增快的表现。
Objective: To investigate the serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) and inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in postmenopausal women and their relationship with osteoprotegerin and osteopontin. Methods: Serum levels of MMP-3, TIMP-1, osteopontin (OPN) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) were measured in 210 postmenopausal women by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) ratio. Results: ① The number of MMP-3 in osteoporosis group (153 ± 121) ng / mL was higher than that in normal group (125 ± 101) ng / mL, while the value of TIMP-1 The normal group (147 ± 130) μg / L and serum OPN (56 ± 20) ng / mL were significantly higher than those in the normal group (26 ± 11) ng / mL. ② The ratio of MMP-3 to MMP-3 / TIMP-1 in osteoporosis group was positively correlated with serum OPN and OPG (P <0.05), but there was a negative correlation between TIMP-1 and serum OPG and OPN (P < 0.05).
