上海宝山钢铁总厂炼铁厂一号高炉基础,是日本设计的大型钢筋混凝土块体基础,是宝钢建设中最早开工的第一批大型设备基础之一。这个基础工程量较大,工序复杂,采用新工艺、新技术多,协作配合单位也比较多。为了科学地组织施工,有效地协调各单位的协作配合,提高工程管理的水平,多快好省地完成建设任务,我们以这个基础工程为试点,学习应用网络法,取得了初步成果。这个工作是从1979年年初开始的。在冶金部建筑研究总院和同济大学等单位的指导和帮助下,首先对工程进行了工序分解,将整个工程分解为若干道工序,估算出每道工序的需用工时和用工量,然后根据其先后顺序和相互关系绘出网络图。第一次编制的网络图,总工期为109天。后来根据上级规定的工期要求,对网络图进行了三次调整修改,在二月初确定为146道工序,93个节点(图1),由同济大学施工教研室协
The blast furnace foundation of No. 1 ironmaking plant of Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Works is the foundation of a large-scale reinforced concrete block designed by Japan. It is one of the first large-scale equipment foundations started in Baosteel construction. This basic project involves a large amount of work, complex processes, the use of new processes, new technologies, and more collaborative cooperation units. In order to scientifically organize the construction, effectively coordinate the cooperation of various units, improve the level of project management, and quickly accomplish the task of construction, we use this basic project as a pilot, learn to apply the Internet method, and achieved initial results. This work began in early 1979. Under the guidance and assistance of the Ministry of Metallurgy Construction Research Institute and Tongji University, the project was first decomposed, the entire project was decomposed into a number of processes, and the required man-hours and labor load for each process were estimated. Its sequence and mutual relationship draws a network diagram. The first time the network map was compiled, the total construction period was 109 days.
