Jane Austen’s post-modern novels also focus on the social transformations of the upper class, the French Revolution, slavery and other social issues in addition to depicting the trivialities of daily life and the love affair, which are related to their own growth, family environment and historical background. Taking Mansfield Manor, Persuasion and Emma for example, this article analyzes the expansion of Austen ’s post - fiction perspective and historical reasons, and proves that his works have some social and political features.
