大豆皂甙对高脂血症的临床试验研究已有报道;几年来,亦有报告大豆的水-正丁醇提取物和醋酸乙酯提取物具有增加冠状动脉和脑血流量,降低氧利用率,改善心肌供血不足的药理作用。本文试验从豆粕中提取大豆皂甙,进一步探讨对豚脂所致家兔高脂血症以及对小鼠常压耐氧的影响。实验材料大豆皂甙系我室从东北产大豆(Euomymus sacrosancta Koidz)豆粕中按常规方法提得的总皂甙粗品,提制方法: 大豆豆粕(冷压法制得)粉碎,加90%乙醇加热提取。合并热提取液,浓缩,放冷。将浓缩液边搅拌边缓缓倾入乙醚中,分取析出物,干燥到无乙醚味为止,得类白色总皂甙粗品。
