这些反应呈速发型,与IgE(immunoglobu1inE)引起的过敏反应类似。
Radiographic contrast media (RCM) caused by the incidence of allergic reactions (ARs) 1 ~ 2%. These reactions are fast-acting, similar to the allergic reactions caused by immunoglobulin (IgE). Its clinical manifestations may include urticaria, angioneurotic edema, bronchospasm and hypotension, these reactions can not be caused by antibodies. Patients who have anaerobic allergic reaction to RCM have a 17 to 35% increased risk of responding to radiation. Pretreatment with antihistamines, corticosteroids, and their compounds may have a role in reducing this risk. The author of this article is 318
