分析了基于静态压力和动态压力联合检测的油管道泄漏监测方法,比较了基于静态压力检测和动态压力检测的优缺点,设计了基于静态压力和动态压力联合监测的管道泄漏监测系统。指出动态压力信号适用于管道内压力快速变化的泄漏检测,有着更高的定位精度;压力信号则对管道内压力信号的缓慢变化的泄漏情况有一定的应用场合。联合两种压力信号进行检测则能较好地适应泄漏的各种情况,现场试验表明了这一特点。
The oil pipeline leakage monitoring method based on the combination of static pressure and dynamic pressure is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages based on static pressure detection and dynamic pressure detection are compared. A pipeline leakage monitoring system based on static pressure and dynamic pressure monitoring is designed. It is pointed out that the dynamic pressure signal is suitable for the detection of rapid change of pressure in the pipe and has higher positioning accuracy. The pressure signal has certain application to the slowly changing leakage of the pressure signal in the pipe. The combination of two kinds of pressure signals to detect can better adapt to the various situations of leakage, field tests show this feature.
