针对J-116胶膜粘接的铝板和铝蜂窝夹层结构,采用两种固化工艺,两种浸水条件、喷淋盐雾和两种刀具加工试样,对夹层结构的板板和板芯90°剥离强度进行了测试,分析了剥离强度下降的规律。研究结果表明:水的长期作用,会使胶接强度降低,温度会加速水的作用;盐雾和大气曝晒的影响较小,旧刀具对蜂窝芯子造成二次破坏,直接导致板芯剥离强度大幅下降。可得出如下结论:制造工艺和夹层结构进水或潮气,是造成夹层结构剥离强度下降的主要因素。
