中国公路设计咨询业在国家“走出去”战略的大环境下,海外项目逐年稳步增长,但存在总体规模小、竞争力弱、本土化难等现实问题,尤其是在对外设计咨询的“高端市场”上占有率低下,且在承揽项目的方式上往往以设计施工总承包商的设计分包业务为主,造成设计咨询企业海外业务发展面临许多困境。该文重点分析了公路设计咨询企业“走出去”面临的主要外部困境,并提出了相应的对策建议。
Under the environment of national “going out ” strategy, overseas road projects have steadily grown year by year, but there are some practical problems such as small overall scale, weak competitiveness and difficult localization. In particular, “High-end market ” on the low occupancy rate, and the way in the project contracting often design and construction of the main contractor’s design sub-contracting business, resulting in design consulting firms face many difficulties in the development of overseas business. This paper analyzes the main external problems faced by highway design and consulting enterprises “going out ” and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
